ARTHUR CHANG

Education：

Mr. Chang graduated from Chung-Cheng Institute of Technology National Defense University, Systematic Engineer Department

 

Present：

ISOQA General Manager.

 

Previous positions：

Mr. Chang has been engaged in the vehicle components 、 whole vehicle and other relevant tests and approvals for over 10 years. Mr. Chang had worked as a manager in testing department of TUV Essen and also had been the deputy manager in electric machinery department of SGS. Mr. Chang is at present the president of ISOQA.

 

Special achievement ：

Standardize the specification of the laboratories and get the testing permission authorized by accreditation institutions which makes ISOQA one of the biggest vehicle testing and approval laboratories in Taiwan.
