HISTORY
　　ISOQA Technical Service Co., Ltd. (ISOQA) was founded on 24th Feb, 1999 to assist customers in establishing and maintaining the quality system of ISO 9000 and to provide consulting services for type approval certification.
　　Since 2000, ISOQA has actively established a vehicle lamp research center in order to help domestic automotive manufacturers to promote the design of vehicle lamps and the quality standard to successfully enter into the European and American markets.
　　ISOQA now has a total of three laboratories located in Taichung and Tainan,both in Taiwan and in Changzhou, China; the two laboratories in Taiwan are type testing laboratories authorized by the European and American governments,the laboratory in Changzhou, China is a laboratory for lamp design and research.
　　ISOQA provides technical services like “Quality assurance”,“Research and design”and “Education training”.
Intranet
In order to ensure the highest quality of our testing services can be provided for customers in different locations, in February 2008, ISOQA has completed the establishment of an integrated internet system-- “Intranet” in all of our laboratories that allow us to monitor all the laboratories in different locations, so that we can ensure the consistence of the testing technique and quality.
Ability
The laboratories of ISOQA are approved by ISO/IEC 17025 and all equipped with the German LMT optical measurement equipment which also allows our customers to design and do researches. ISOQA also equips the professional equipment like oscilloscope and wind tunnel testing equipment to fulfill all testing requirements.
Certifications
ISOQA provides the Services of verification to all applicable Technical Prescriptions in ensuring the products are in compliance with Essential Health and Safety Requirements.
1. ISOQA is a Designated Technical Service under 1958 AGREEMENT (Harmonized Technical United Nations Regulations). Our Services are mainly used by Germany (E1), Nederland (E4), Luxemburg (E13) and Ireland (E24) for ECE Type Approval
2.Technical Service to Taiwan by VSCC(Vehicle Safety Certificate Center).
3.Approved by AMECA(USA) for FMVSS108 compliance tests
4.Taichung/Taiwan for photometry measurement of general lighting.
5.Australia-ADR-Australian Government accredited laboratories (The designation number is RVCS TFID T11483)
